A short and long term finance solution
A facility that provides you a solution for both your short and long term borrowing requirements. It can be used as a revolving line of credit (where you draw funds down as you need), or a term loan (if you want to pay it back over time).
A Bill is your unconditional promise to pay to the Bank a specified amount (face value) on a specified future date (maturity date). It is issued at a discount to the face value. This means that the Bank takes the Bill and pays you an amount less than the face value (settlement price). At maturity you pay to the Bank the face value, and so you repay the settlement price plus interest.
- A minimum borrowing amount of $500,000 or more
- A floating rate variable facility which offers you the ability to have a fixed rate on a short term basis depending on the term of the Bill. This provides you with the flexibility to reset your interest rate every time the Bill expires (maturity date). Bills are available for terms of 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 or 180 days.
