TERMS and CONDITIONS of ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Suncorp-Metway Limited (ABN 66 010 831 722), Level 18, 36 Wickham Terrace, Brisbane, QLD, 4000. Phone: 13 11 55 (“Promoter”).
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry.
4. The promotion period commences 9:00am (Western Australia time) Wednesday 14 October and closes 4:00pm (Western Australia Time), Friday 23 October 2009 (“the Competition Period”).
5. Entry is open to Western Australian residents only.
6. Employees of the Suncorp Group of Companies, and their immediate relatives, are not eligible to enter the competition. For entry into the draw, a complete competition Entry Form must be placed in the competition box located at the Suncorp Bank Booragoon branch, at 135 Risely Street, Booragoon, WA.
7. The prize draws will take place at 4:00pm (Western Australia Time), Monday 26 October 2009 at the Suncorp Bank Booragoon branch.
8. The prize winners will be determined by random draw and will be the first , second and third eligible competition Entry Forms drawn from all entries.
9. The winners will be contacted by phone and advised in writing on Monday 26 October 2009. The winners do not need to be present for the draw.
10. The Promoter will try every reasonable method to locate the prize winners. If the prize winner/s do not claim prizes within 48 hours, the prize/s will no longer be valid and the Promoter will conduct a second prize draw on Thursday 29 August 2009 at 4.00 pm. The Promoter will endeavour to contact the second prize winner/s on the contact details supplied in the Entry Form as soon as is practicable after the second prize draw on Thursday 29 August 2009.
11. There are three prizes to be won. 1st Prize is 4 x tickets to the Australia verses Pakistan Cricket One Day Match at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Sunday 24th January 2010, return airfares for four people to Sydney, airport transfers, accommodation for four people for two nights in Sydney (Saturday 23 January 2010 & Sunday 24 January 2010 at the Fraser Suites Apartments, Kent Street, Sydney includes breakfast each morning), 2 pairs of wicket keeper cricket gloves signed by Adam Gilchrist, 2 x cricket bats signed by Adam Gilchrist. Total 1st prize valued at AUS$5844 (retail value). 2nd Prize is 1 cricket bat signed by Adam Gilchrist. Total 2nd prize valued at AUS $100 (retail value) 3rd Prize is 1 pair of wicket keeper cricket gloves signed by Adam Gilchrist. Total 3rd prize valued at AUS$50 (retail value). The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
12. All additional ancillary costs relating to the redemption of the prizes not specified in these terms and conditions are the responsibility of the prize winners. The Promoter has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the prizes will be available as described in these terms and conditions and will not be responsible or liable to the winners should a prize not be available for a reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
13. Should such an event occur, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in its discretion, to the same and equal recommended retail value.
14. The prize winners take the prizes entirely at their own risk and acknowledge that the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of taking part in the Competition and the prizes, including by way of negligence of the Promoter, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
