Investment switching in Suncorp Easy Super – change to processing time from 1 September 2008
Please note the following change to the processing times for switching investment options in Suncorp Easy Super.

Completed switch request received before 4pm Brisbane time on a Queensland business day will be processed using the unit price calculated for the second Queensland business day following the day the switch request is received* |
* A completed switch request received on or after 4pm Brisbane time, or on a non-Queensland business day will be treated as having been received before 4pm Brisbane time on the next Queensland business day. In the event that we are unable to process a switch request due to incomplete or incorrect information, the switch request will be processed with the effective date being the Queensland business day we receive all correct information required from you by 4pm Brisbane time on that Queensland business day. If the correct information is received on or after 4pm Brisbane time on Queensland business day or on a non-Queensland business day will be treated as having been received before 4pm Brisbane time on the next Queensland business day .

Queensland business day means a day the banks are open for business in Brisbane, Queensland other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or bank holiday in Brisbane Queensland
