Introductory rate applies to an Everyday Options Account linked to an Everyday Options Sub-account and to a
Business Investment Account Options (which must be linked to a Business Cheque Account, Business Standard Account
or a Business Management Account). In order to qualify for the introductory rate these accounts must be opened
