Laws relating to Management Rights are complicated and having a lawyer that understands strata law and the Body Corporate Community Management Act (BCCMA) is strongly recommended.

Most importantly your lawyer will conduct the legal due diligence review to make sure the agreements you are buying will be valid on settlement and that no other legal issues arise under them.
