Accidental damage Accidental damage provides cover for accidental loss or damage at the insured address such as your tenant accidentally dropping a heavy saucepan onto your kitchen tiles (Home cover) or accidentally spilling a bottle of red wine on your carpet (Contents cover).
Mortgagees interest (available for unit owners with a mortgage on their unit)
Motor burnout Provides cover for the burning out or fusing of a household electric motor less than 11 years old, which is part of the insured Home or Contents.
Safety net home protection up to 25% of your home sum insured replacement cost exceeds the sum insured, we will if necessary pay up to an extra 25% of your home sum insured to repair damage, replace your home or pay you what it would cost us to repair or replace your home
