You can register your interest in becoming a Recommended Repairer by completing the online form.

Once we receive your registration, we will advise you of whether we currently have a need to engage additional Recommended Repairers for your area.


If we have a need to engage additional Recommended Repairers...

We will provide you with a questionnaire to complete so that we can assess your suitability. We may also be in contact with you to arrange a time to inspect your repair shop.

Some of the areas that we may consider are:

  • geographic location
  • customer service standards that you offer
  • the equipment levels of your workshop
  • your performance on Suncorp work previously referred to you
  • the type of repair work that you perform

 


If we don't have a need for additional Recommended Repairers in your area...

We will keep your details for twelve months and should a need arise during this period, we will contact you with information on what we are looking for and how you can apply.


Factors for determining whether there is a need for Recommended Repairers in your area

We consider factors such as...

  • claims volumes
  • potential growth
  • the types of repair services required for your area
  • whether Suncorp has need for additional repair services in your area
