Dispute Resolution Processes

We understand that occasionally there may be times when we are not able to reach agreement in our dealings. In these instances, the issue should initially be raised with your local assessor who will endeavor to resolve it on the spot.

Should this resolution not be possible, the following processes are available to assist you:

  • Repair Dispute Resolution - a prompt two day process for repair disputes that arise prior to the completion of repairs
  • Dispute Resolution - a fifteen day process for matters relating to the Code, contractual or more complex repair disputes
