Because we want your car fixed properly the first time, we ensure that repairs we authorise are completed to the highest standard. In fact, we guarantee the quality of materials and workmanship in repairs we authorise for the life of the car, even if you no longer own it.

Hire car after theft

If you're unlucky enough to have your car stolen, we'll arrange and pay for a 'small category' hire car for up to 14 days at no extra premium.

You can also choose to upgrade to a larger category hire car by paying the difference. You are responsible for all running costs and extras of the hire car.

Choice of Repairer

Where possible, we will offer you a choice of repairer.

No fault, no worries

Why should you pay for other people's mistakes? If you make a claim and we agree that the accident wasn't your fault (and you can identify and provide us with details of the party responsible) you won't have to pay an excess or have your rating reduced.

Easy, paperless claims

When you make a claim there are no forms to fill out and no need to run around getting quotes, we do that for you. Just call our claims number on 13 25 24 at anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
