About Youngcare

The Suncorp CTP Insurance team works closely with people who have been seriously injured in car accidents and subsequently require high levels of care.

We also work very closely with a unique charity called Youngcare. A substantial number of victims of serious road accidents who are in their 20s, 30s or 40s, find themselves in aged care nursing homes. Youngcare is driving change to provide relevant and dignified lifestyles for young people who need full time care.

Youngcare’s work spans a range of areas, including:

• advocacy,
• building apartments catering specifically to young people,
• providing respite care to give carers a deserved break, and
• identifying and providing holiday accommodation appropriate to the needs of people with high care needs.

Together with our CTP customers, we are helping Youngcare achieve these goals.
