I joined the Bank (QIDC) in 1987, appointed as an Agribusiness Loans Officer to our Miles Office and took up subsequent appointments in Bundaberg, Mareeba/Atherton, Cairns and Ayr. I am currently employed as an Agribusiness Manager at our Ayr Business Banking Centre.

Over these twenty years with this organisation I have seen many changes and experienced many challenges which I can say have been both rewarding to me personally, seeing where the organisation is today, as well as allowing me to develop in my own career path in Business Banking.

Through these various appointments it has allowed me to gain experience within a diverse range of rural and commercial industries in a customer related role that provides me with great satisfaction assisting in their business and being part of their community.

Suncorp has a great culture which I believe focuses around my own personal values. It is an organisation attune to providing a flexible work life balance which I also see as important in this very busy environment.
