My role at Suncorp is to co-ordinate the delivery of technology solutions to ensure our staff are happy and the customer's experience is of the highest quality. I do this by learning about the needs of my customers and working closely with Business Technology colleagues to align people, systems and processes to best serve the Suncorp Group.

Since joining Suncorp as an Information Technology Graduate in 2002 I have enhanced my skills through involvement in the design, development and deployment of key initiatives including various internet and customer applications.

I'm proud to work for a dynamic company that encourages community involvement and have chosen to support various charities as part of our Volunteer Day program. The strong work environment and commitment to supporting a work-life balance means that I am able to achieve personal job satisfaction in a challenging role.
